Every event is free to build and test, and small events (up to 20 guests) go live for free. Bigger events pay once, only when they go live. No subscription, no card to start, upgrade later and pay only the difference.
Questions
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan the printed QR code with their phone camera and the event page opens in the browser, in their language. Nothing to download, no login.
What is free?
Building and testing every event is free, with no card. Events with up to 20 guests also go live for free: QR seating page, print files, the 3D invitation and replies. Bigger events choose a plan once, when they are ready.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once per event, in your own currency. Upgrade an event later and you only pay the difference.
What if the guest list changes after the signs are printed?
The QR code never changes. Move a guest or add a table and the page updates straight away; the printed signs keep working.
Can I use my own designs?
Yes. Start from our templates and change every word, font, colour and picture, upload your logo, or upload a card you designed elsewhere and it opens inside the 3D invitation.
Is it only for weddings?
No. Birthdays and anniversaries, corporate dinners and galas, conferences and launches, christenings and parties all work the same way.
Can my suppliers and team use it?
Yes. Create teams (decor, catering, venue staff, the client) and add them to each event with exactly what they may see and change. The caterer sees meals and allergies; the decor team edits the signs.
How do I print the signs?
Download a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks: posters, A4 signs, table tents, place cards with each guest’s own QR, and stickers. Print at home or at any print shop.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Euro, British pound, US, Canadian and Australian dollar, Swiss franc, UAE dirham, South African rand and Nigerian naira. Choose yours when you sign up.
What about guests’ data?
Data is stored in the EU. Allergies are only collected with the guest’s consent and only shown to the teams you allow. Each event and its photos are deleted automatically when your plan’s period after the event ends (7 days on Free, 30 days on Essential, 6 months on Plus, 12 months on Premium).
