Event planners (our customers) decide which guest details they upload. For guest data we act as the planner’s processor; for planner accounts we are the controller.

We store guest names, contact details, replies, meal choices and table numbers only to run the event: invitations, replies, the QR event page and seating.

Allergies and dietary needs are health information. We only collect them with the guest’s explicit consent and show them only to the planner and teams given the Menu part.

Each event, with its guest list, replies, seating, designs and the photos guests upload, is kept for the period of its plan counted from the day of the event (Free 7 days, Essential 30 days, Plus 6 months, Premium 12 months), then deleted automatically.

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Our providers: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments).

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us.
